Tbh, after seeing some YouTubevideos about Huggy Wuggy, I was quite disturbed to see it at my local zaterdagmarkt in the toy section 😅 I don’t get why kids like it.

Some shitty horror game that marketed heavily towards kids with plushies and the like. All the streamers are playing it so of course kids want one. Kind of like fidget spinners I suppose.
I first encountered it on AliExpress. I thought to myself “whoTF would buy this for their kid?”.
My daughter of 6 is addicted to poppy playtime figurines, se used to like siren head a lot 2. now she ahas a mommy longlegs doll. I guess it is the times…

It’s a FNAF wannabe… it started OK with the first episode, but when chapter 2 came out you started noticing their marketing and merch push… even talks about a movie. This gave the impression that it was one big merchandise machine instead of a good video game. They made a game to make money from the merch.
It’s a bit like what happened with Bendy and the Ink Machine.
