There’s a red cross right above the car, medical centers could be a starting point?
A lot of people with suitcases and bags, what seams to be e a toilet sign straits ahead and a red cros on top of the car on the right? Train / bus station?
Nay, it’s somewhere in Yugoslavia – it’s a Zastava Yugo police car like that one here, Bulgaria didn’t have those as police cars https://images.app.goo.gl/QDKdMS3Wtd4cfkEa8 You don’t have to thank me & yeah, I’m 60😆😆😆
The car looks like Zastava (blue color means military or police car). I think it’s somewhere in Yugoslavia.

Yup, definitely old Belgrade train station. The photo was taken from the café which was inside the station as well. The building in the front was a toilet, on the left you can see tracks and platforms and on the right is the main entry point from “Karadjordjeva” street. Police car is just next to the police station inside the building.
