Is there a chance that this will end any different than other attempts? Seems like Greece and Bulgaria have been major obstacles
Good to see but I don’t have high hopes, an issue always appears.
For Macedonia, this is only for show and a publicity stunt. The talks will actually start once we amend the constitution (as requested by Bulgaria) and right now the parliament doesn’t have the 2/3 majority votes (81/120) to do so since the opposition party is against it. The “French proposal” had a 68/120 members supporting it.
I am not sure how this affects Albania, maybe they can actually start the talks.

Nice photo session in Brussels, that is all.
