This photo is a lot less misleading than the previous one.
By the looks of this photo, the cycle lanes were painted in after the bollard. Not that the bollard was added new in the middle of the cycle lane.
You can see the bollards are all in a straight line before the rogue bollard was moved.
Maybe I misunderstood yesterday.

Denny Street is looking as miserable as ever I see, but it is good that the council changed it quickly, Kerry County Council are usually slower than a snail in the Sahara.

We have too many bollards. IN some cases they can unnecessary congestion.
