My Wife and I are french, we are living in Germany for my work since last summer. We are not married (living under french civilian union [PACS](https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/N144) ).
We were insured at the AOK via european S1 form, but now, AOK threaten us to remove health cover to my wife, because we are not married.
What can I do?

You might want to explain what a free admin wedding is…
Germany has (or had) some kind of PACS for LGBT couples which gave them similar rights to marriage. But no idea if it could apply to you nor if it is “free admin”
