It seems like there’s a lot of fair weather Unification supporters in Ireland.
I think this reflects well the nation building that has occurred in the Republic of Ireland these last hundred years: a fair chunk of people polled seem to not like the idea of sharing power with (what will be) the largest minority on the isle of Ireland.
It seems the days of Parnell are well in the past.
Can we have one, maybe two, more pixels on the picture? That would be nice. 🙂
NI is a huge drain on the UK. I don’t know how Ireland will finance them.
More people would be willing to pay more taxes to support unification than would support a change to the flag or the national anthem. Thats very brexity.
You have no idea on northern Ireland . you haven’t got a clue about the history . before you put shit post’s up read up on it !!¡!!!!! There will never be a united Ireland . just like Cyprus
Needs more JPEG
So they don’t want to unify with Northern Ireland. They just want to take it over and impose their structures against the will of probably nearly 50% of the population and expect peace and a utopian United Ireland that they always promise.
