4. They probably did send proceeds from the book to charity, but are simply refusing to disclose that they did that.

   By the way I’m looking to buy a bridge, if anyone’s got one for sale.

6. The whole thing stunk from the start, unfortunately every media outlet was happy to pander along as it was a “feel good” story.

   Absolutely awful that he was exploited by his family and the media.
