Ashley Cole will have been able to pay for good lawyers to get this sentence. If it’s a state provided lawyer they will go for shorter sentences to save the state money.

A woman got 18 years for killing her baby boy today…
30 years is absolutely mental. Obviously meant to be a deterrent and hopefully it will be. Still though, mad length of time for a robbery.
30 years, or a 2 year suspended sentence for a non celeb.
To the posters who can’t be bothered to actually read it before commenting about celebs getting special treatment: He got 30 years for a long string of callous and violent robberies and home invasions committed over 3 years. Getting this cxxx off the streets is a blessing.
String of offences or not, multiple child abuse murders robbery and rapes never get close to this and this is only in the news because he targeted someone with cash got targeted.
