If the case is relevant and asks serious questions of the constitution then fair enough but defending yourself in the supreme court with no legal expertise and wasting the time of everybody involved because you want to have a rant because you are fucking mental then that should be discouraged.
Money should never be a barrier to challenging the constitutionality of laws.
But we all knew their bullshit case was going to be tossed out. As usual, only the barristers come out on top.
Waste of air, the pair of them.
Those crumb bums.
Quite rich of people who hate people that sponge off the taxpayer to be sponging from the taxpayer. Cunts, the pair of them.
If it had been anybody else it wouldn’t have got any of the media attention, which in itself was doomed to fail
Because they had very legitimate arguments and because of the social reception they have it’s was going to be all about them not about the cases put forward at all.
This post really is the tip of the iceberg when you consider all the things we as taxpayers are indeed footing the bill for. There are many issues that we may be divided on, but the overall wasting of tax money by absolute idiots and freeloaders who do nothing but talk in circles and half-truths is a modern-day malady that needs to be resolved.
Oxygen thieves
Dopey cunts
Well at least the money is going to those in need, I hear the barristers are practically living pay cheque to pay cheque
…and I took that personally
To be fair, one judge agreed with them. They’re mad as a box of frogs, but they weren’t in court to say that RTE is a virus or whatever. They were there to say the rushed covid laws and powers were unconstitutional, even if they said it in a ham fisted, ideology biased way.
They should have every right to make that case, regardless of what you make of their politics or person.
The government fucks us over on housing, energy, bank debt, resources, sell you out to foreign interests for years and create a whole modicum of problems that will effect countless generations to come as if that’s the way it suppose to be and hardly a peep.
Two people balls it up in court and you all loose your shit over it.
Wankers.
Get to fuck with that bullshit
“Money is only an illusion that collaborative corrupt governments are using to gather DNA samples from the SHEEP. Ever see that guy in a shop in the evening sorting each note individually when the shop is closing? You actually think he’s COUNTING it??!1! ”

The cynic in me says this is a way of making sure the lawyers involved actually get paid rather than trying to suck blood from the pair of vampires.
The optimist says that it’s a way of not setting a precedent where people are afraid to challenge rushed, flawed legislation (which constitutionally speaking the COVID laws might be, dunno since IANAL)
I heard a story about Waters that he went to a community gathering that was to last an hour with as many voices as possible to contribute – he spoke for 45 minutes and then invited 2 of his friends to to pour praise on him for ten minutes each and then they fucked off.
The time he was arrested for refusing to pay partaking in Dun Laoghaire, he basically said in one article the good citizens were being deprived of his company / conversation. Just a shameless self promoter with an ego on par with Eoghan Harris. O’Doherty appears unhinged in the extreme.
To any Comic book fans out there. Gemma reminds me of Joker from Batman the killing joke. In 2014 her husband died and she lost her job. In the killing joke that’s what happens to an engineer. He has a bad day and he goes insane. That’s what happened to Gemma. She had a bad day and now she’s gone crazy. Scary to see how far a person can fall.

Money well spent.
