Should be a non-issue for you. The detour from the ferry (Botnhamn) to Mefjord brygge should take about 2 hours.
I got the ferry from Andennes to Gryleford 2 weeks ago, amazing journey, lucky for me a lad told me that road was closed ..
Pity it’s a nice scenic route, we just did it in 2 parts instead, the devils teeth were amazing !!
i really dont want to sound mean here, but how doest this just explain exactly what it is ?
There are 86 trolls living in this tunnel, therefore it’s closed. We need troll busters to take them in then the tunnel will be open again.

It means that a road is closed do you have to make a detour
The road was closed in June, but I can’t find information about that road being closed now or in the foreseeable future.
Mefjord Brygge is in Senja, not Lofoten. Are you landing in Tromsø, staying in Mefjord, then driving to Lofoten?
Not exactly sure what your planned route is. But Senja is small and the route from Finnesnes to senjahoppen is just about one hour.
A tunnel is closed, heres the official statement: [link](https://www.senja.kommune.no/aktuelt/stenging-av-fv-862-mefjordveien-svarthollatunellen-21-juni-1-november.12603.aspx)
You will have to drive via Finnsnes, it shouldn’t cost you more than 90 minutes extra. Going south to Lofoten from there there shouldn’t be an issue.
