  1. The writer, also known for penning many episodes of *Doctor Who*, as quoted by the article:

  4. The sites comment section is about what I expected. Lots of complaining about people on the left…. not much discussing or disputing the lying/murderous/bastard claims.

  5. Cue the Daily Mail declaring him to be “woke” and the Tory voters who are told what to think by that comic will be frothing over it and banning their kids from watching Doctor Who ever again.

  6. Nice to hear someone describe the Tories as exactly what they are – vapid, amoral, opportunistic chancers without a shred of empathy or decency, vying for power like crabs in a bucket, desperately pulling each other back underwater in an attempt to reach the surface.

    And the real problem with them isn’t that they’re evil – if they were evil they could be outright condemned.

    The issue is the banality of their evil – the dismissive nature of their contempt, that they disregard those who society is *designed* to support. They aren’t evil, they just don’t care.

    We literally exist as cattle to be herded and from which profit is extracted, by their mates when in power and themselves directly as soon as anyone can pries it from their grip.

    They’re currently just rehashing the fake moral panic of Section 28 for the trans community; under the guise of “protecting women”, “won’t somebody please think of the children”, pseudo-moralistic bullshit, thinly veiled from TERFs who think that 0.01% of the population demanding equal treatment is somehow a threat to their homogenized power.

    They and their supporters are an embarrassment to even the bullshit they claim to believe in, their party having abandoned its misguided principles in favour of Johnson’s flavour of fascist populism.

    This country needs rid of them permanently.

  11. They are not a political party, they are a terrorist organisation.
    They have done nothing but trift off our natioal services, try to spread fear and hatred turning us on one another, taking food from our children, lying in parliment to the entire nation every time they talk while killing hundreds of thousands of our loved ones through sheer loathing for the ~~poor~~ every damn class or minority that are not in their close circle of rich mates.
    There was no lack of scientific advice on any educated process in handling covid. They forcefully pushing for ~~herd immunity~~ letting us die from the very beginning.

    Fucking. Terrorists.

  13. As usual, this comment section is full of people who “don’t care” yet care enough to comment how they don’t like the content of it.

    This sub is full of people who pretend to care, but don’t really. They’d rather everyone shut up because everything is going soooooo well right now that complaining about the government is “boring” or “whining”.

    People are starving in this country and here’s everyone pissed off some rich guy has the gall to have an opinion. “How dare he complain!” is the only criticisms people have, or “who cares what he thinks”…that’s missing the point, the point is things are shit and you don’t like someone reminding you.

  15. I don’t agree with him on the license fee but the government selling Channel 4 because they don’t like being criticised by their news output is disgraceful.

    Killing 120,000 disabled people whilst sexually abusing people and starving is not what a sound and caring government gets involved in.

    I don’t want to be forced to pay for a tv license, we are the only country in the world that requires one. I don’t watch , listen or read anything to do with the bbc, so why should I pay them for a service I don’t use? Really the bbc should move to having a subscription service like every single other media service.
