History doesnt repeat itself, but it rhymes. The SF was one, most lethal for those with strong immune systems and young people. And of course we have no idea how it came to be, except that the turbulent times during 14-18 came with mass movement of people due to war which was bound to cause something. And of course only spain having the sanity due to their political situation to even be able to openly talk about this being a huge problem.
