Thats insane for a 3 bed terraced house in Inchicore. Sounds like it was two couples who were very emotionally invested in the house and got involved in a bidding war they both refused to lose. The winner of the bidding war is actually the loser becasue they’ve just over paid by around a quarter of a million.
