Nicola Sturgeon sets out ‘democratic case’ for Scottish independence

  1. I mean… if the Scottish want independence, let them have it, but with the caveat that it’s total independence, financially and otherwise. Personally I don’t see why, as the United Kingdom, we should be paying for an independent country if that is what they do desire. It maybe an unpopular opinion, but, if they want to stand on their own two feet, let them.

  2. The only way she can prove she has a ”democratic” case for independence is the send out ballot papers to all Scottish adults in Scotland to ask if they would like to have a vote on independence. Rather than constantly claiming it’s what the people of Scotland want, actually ballot them, and stop rely on chosen polls
