  1. What I mean can they do that without netting or water spray? They are basiclaly filling everywhere with the sanded stone… just washed my Car to -_-

  2. I would report to the police, local council and BRA for the nuisance and to the OHSA because they don’t seem to be wearing dust masks and putting other people’s health at risk due to the dust.

  3. You just know that the guy in the neon Green shirt is getting paid more than the guy in the Grey shirt, who is actually doing the work.

  4. If if the vacuum is present and being used with the machinery there’s nothing illegal about it , Work must be done and there’s nothing to do apart from making a net around the working area

  5. In Malta it’s always a question of “enforced” instead of “legal”. But to answer your question, definitely illegal.

  6. You’re best bet is to contact bca.org.mt and file a complaint. I called them the lady was really helpful asked for me to detail everything including photos so it was a written report they can review and I had an email back in the afternoon saying they were going to investigate. And no joke within 2 days the entire road was immaculate and all construction stuff was neatly done. I was really surprised how helpful they were.

  7. Legal means there is a law against it…

In construction in malta everything is legal as there are no laws and if there are no one cares to enforce them.
