Back when irish tv could make decent original ads without being irritating or intrusive
I liked the “I love louth” one.
Whats funny is theres lots of completely independent lads now that manage the sales of their stuff themselves that would never make the charts because the chart trackers dont count them. They have no system to actually confirm any numbers that dont come from a recognised label who could quite easily be talking out their arse because theyre so infrequently audited.
Wow, it’s Irish Jez!
Ray gun records in bray, class spot didn’t make it long after the iPod.
B B B Boring!!
For absolute years (decades, Christ I’m old…), I have always wished to find this to be a real song…
By any chance did anyone decide to follow through with it?
Deep down this was actually a failure of an ad. It has stuck in my mind all these year, but I have never associated it with Bank of Ireland. I continue to this day to remember it as a ad for the Lotto.
Wow this brings me back a way.
Does anyone know the year? I suspect early aughts…2001-2004 maybe?
I always wished they’d released this as a full song.
