I don’t know why they don’t restrict the number of people allowed on and just charge a premium, hypogeum-style. And what’s with the govt. needing private operators anyway? It’s not a complex operation, just get MTA to manage the beach, or an NGO like they used to do at Ramla l-Hamra.
