I think the obsession with those two ugly industrial chimneys is a gigantic metaphor for the worshiping of mediocrity.
I always though a red sky in the morning indicated bad weather.
Walked to the shop and sweating more then I normally do on a 10k run.
It’s swampy out there.

I went out for a light run at 11am “before it gets too hot”.
Lads, it was too hot. I was shaking from the heat under a cold shower for five minutes before I felt human again.
Don’t try to show off today. If you want to do some training, go for a swim instead, leave it till this evening or go to a gym. You could really hurt yourself out there in the afternoon.
