If I’m working in your building your water probably gonna be off. What do you expect me to do, fly you in 500 litres of hot water while I drain your colorifier and change a non return valve to stop it heating your toilets?

I don’t see anything wrong with that. Something needed to be done no? You had cold water and air conditioning. Did they only post it up today?
