It doesn’t actually mention any specific amount of vodka you should add. So, I’d wager you are supposed to fill the whole thing with it. I mean, it is a ready made, just add the vodka, bottle of salmiakki vodka, is it not? It seems to be.
Basically, it reads “add room temperature vodka and mix it well. Put the bottle in a freezer. Once it is cold, take it out, and enjoy. Done”. It has some other flavour text too, but it is not important. And this isn’t the exact translation, but that is what it says practically.
It also says some useless stuff about “drinking responsibly” and all that…
