This takes me back… What a magical place!
Galdhøpiggen used to be the second highest after Glittertind counted with glacier at the peak, however, global warming…

Thanks for posting, we climbed it July 2011 and encountered rain and sleet, absolutely no visibility at the top. On the way down another hiker told us ‘a bomb went off in Oslo’ and by the time we got to Spiterstulen everyone knew about Utoya.
A buddy and I were just there 2 days ago. It was a long climb but the views are totally worth it
