To add a bit more info, this was taken after 5pm when all workers already left, and the container was hanging in the middle of the street. I had a feeling that it might fall at some point on someone passing by. So unsafe and unprofessional!
Secondly there are rules to put the crate like that, it must be secured so that even with heavy winds nothing could fall out. Just check out VCA-procedures…
There used to be a construction place near me that did this with their ladders. Like 15-20 ladders, hanging on a crane like this, tied up somehow. The first time I saw it I thought I was tripping.
It’s safety procedure and we both know Lemmenshof isn’t the busiest street in Mol 😉

The only reason it is hanging over the road is because it is supposed to turn free. If they put the arm over the building and put the brakes on, [here](https://www.hln.be/de-krant/expert-een-kraan-moet-staan-als-een-windhaan~a1cb0c77/) you can read what the effects are.
