A huge part of the problem in Irish property is down to pandering to developers. Our politicians think making developers happy is what it’s all about.
If I was minister for Housing I’d tell him to f off and that if he didn’t break ground and deliver housing on time there would punitive taxes coming his way and this time round there’d be no fucking government bailout when he went tits up.
