  1. After they still refused to change much in their offer it’s not a surprise. They need to get serious.

Also more than 5% my arse. BBC talking shit.

  2. Worth more than 5%?

But the offer is 4% and only 2% next year (when it’s expected to spiral even more out of control)

  3. They forget to mention all the conditions attached to the “pay rise” which in effect will mean a pay cut, they should be offering a pay rise with no contributions attached what so ever

  4. Other unions in a similar situation should try and co-ordinate to strike on the same day. Only makes sense.

  5. We just need to get rid of the top 10% the wealthy few who are destroying this country & infact the world with their greed!

  6. Bone idle cunts taking the piss again, got too comfy sitting on their arse taking government bribes to sit at home over a mild cold and can’t be arsed working a normal working week again. Get the lot sacked off and hopefully they’ll lose everything and be homeless this winter.

  7. I will just leave this here…..

On Monday transport unions voted to go full steam ahead with the ‘biggest rail strike in 25 years’.

It is in this context the Taxpayers’ Alliance has revealed the annual renumeration of just two transport union barons to be £281,601. This is split between Aslef General Secretary Mick Whelan’s £151,371 and his assistant’s £130,230.

These had been driven up by 10% on the previous year

  8. Why not ask them to put their hands in they own pockets? Perhaps share the wealth?

I don’t hate unions, but I do hate the gravy train, especially the crowing and double standards
