How to cook this big sausage?

  1. You bite big chunks out of it. Or you cut it up,ix it wit cut cheese, spring onions and Gherkins and have a Salad.

  2. Fleischwurst is already cooked. You can eat it cold… or

    you cut it in stripes, but it in a well buttered pan, fry it a bit, add mushrooms, add a bit more butter, add 3-6 eggs, a few dropps of milk and pepper, put it on a dark bread, sprinckle with parsley and enjoy.

    It’s already boiled. If you want, you can heat it in hot water. Don’t boil it and don’t let it in water for long, because it decreases the taste.

    I like this sausage hot with mustard inside of a roll.

  4. Do not cook. Its already cooked. Best taste cold on bread or Brötchen (the small breads) with Butter.
