Child Q: Government issues guidance around school strip-searches

  1. Do people care so much about stopping people doing drugs that they’re willing to give the police the right to stripsearch themselves and their kids?

  2. Here’s some nice, easy to follow guidance for strip searching kids: Don’t.

If there’s something in one of their orifices that poses an immediate risk of harm then it’s a job for a medical professional, not the police.

  3. I’m sorry my dear leaders, but I do not wish to have school kids forced into getting naked and spreading for the police.

  4. Ok call me horribly naive, it’s a fair comment but the very suggestion that there are schools that have conducted enough strip searches of students that they need to be told to keep a log is horrific.

    What kind of dystopian etc….

Just when I thought we’d scraped the bottom of the societal barrel….
