Genuine question: the article talks about young people buying land to build. But housing prices being as they are, isn’t building your own house even more expensive than buying an existing one?

En volgend jaar zal het nog verder stijgen, of denken mensen nu nog altijd echt dat die 3% minder in registratierechten niet gewoon terug in de aankoopprijs wordt verrekend?
Gelukkig geen €12500 registratiekosten meer die mensen kunnen meenemen van hun vorige woning aankoop naar nieuwe, leuk voor alle mensen met starterswoningen.
