There was a lot of videos all over the internet, you could clearly see rioting masses, and they sure didn’t look much like your average Liverpool fan.

Before anyone comments about this, I am talking about foreign countries using the stereotype of British football thugs vs didn’t do nothing local stab a couple of people fans.
Social media and everyone having cameras now means it’s impossible for people to cover stuff like this up for generations. If this was the 80s they would be sticking to their original story.
English fans abroad may as well adopt the Millwall chant of “Nobody likes us but we don’t care.” We definitely have our share of arseholes but English fans get so much more shit than other countries, like how Reddit insisted our fans were more racist than Italian fans at the Euros final last year. Hating us and calling us all yobs is just the cool thing to do.
