I bought mine a few years ago in Cactus in the BIO section (where they also sell Alnatura etc). They might also have it in actual BIO shops as, for example, Naturata. Just ask for “levure nutritionnelle”
I always order online. Never found it here but honestly also didn’t search a lot

Found on Amazon.de a few weeks back. Didn’t get a chance to order yet, but there were several options
Naturata. govinda brand “Hefeflocken”. Also the French (on this box) is flocons de Levure
Bought in Cactus in the BIO section. The brand was either Alnatura or Rapunzel, don’t remember which one exactly. Look for “hefeflocken”, which is German for yeast flakes, i believe.
