Strange how they’ve went from a case-by-case basis to full out banning it. The former idea to me sounds more sensible.
How can they do this? The oppression against the LGBTQIA2S+ community is going stronger. Hopefully, the European Parliament will have a strong position in these capital issues and make the presence of at least one individual from each gender spectrum mandatory in each sport.
Soon there will be kids that have converted from one sex to another as young as 2. Wouldn’t be a shame to cut their wings away and tell them they can’t do any sport? ^(/s)

How can anyone argue against this. Its very a dangerous sport male rugby players are huge compared to the female players at any level.
As someone pretty close to this group I think it needs a case by case review. There’s a big difference between someone who transitions at 13 compared to 30. If they only go through a female puberty as a they’ll be physically much closer to a born female. It’s honestly a very difficult situation.
