English local council (gemeente) has Netherlands registered vehicle. My sister saw this in Batley, England.

1. I’m not entirely sure what I’m supposed to look at.

   Weird that it’s allowed to keep it registered in the NL, though.

2. I see a logo for a events company, maybe it’s theirs?

   Edit : Googled it real quick , apparently they’re English

4. It seems to be a rental for information displays which operates in the EU (and UK) from the Netherlands : [https://www.infowheels.eu/#more-info](https://www.infowheels.eu/#more-info)

   RDW info on the license plate also doesn’t show much more info except the vehicle being called an “Infowheels” (which is also printed next to the license plate)

5. Probably bought it of a Dutch owner or something.

7. Yea, a lot of old vehicles go off to some third world country like Britain.

   (jokes, but true tho!)

8. Strange. It is not allowed to drive around on foreign plates as a citizen of the country. So the council is doing something illegal here.

10. It’s not legal in the Netherlands, maybe it is in the UK. Or maybe the driver is Dutch.

13. Looks like a recent model. Registration dates to early February 2021. Probably imported and (hopefully) pending a local registration.

    Kan je huren blijkbaar. Het model voor deze promotie was waarschijnlijk alleen nog met Nederlands kenteken beschikbaar.
