In theory it sounds great.
In practice it’s going to be a disaster. Mixed discipline isn’t good. Means all the pressure for each task is on one member instead of spread around. It means only having one qualified guy instead of multiple. It means working with people who don’t have any more than a basic understanding of what they are meant to be doing.
Efficiency shouldnt be the only factor. How are the safety records and quality of work done compared to the comparable organisations?
