1. Fair play, needs to happen to a lot more employers bullying left and right.

2. I was told this too by an employer a while ago. I didn’t know you could go to the WRC for things like this so I never did.

   Employers, especially so personally, need to stop taking things to heart so much. Staff in hospitality aren’t as easy to replace as they once were

3. Correct me if I’m wrong, but aren’t these awards not legally binding, as in, the employer can simply refuse to pay and nothing can be done about it?
