Those three lines are actually very similar to those that represent the three nails that nailed our lrd to the cross they’re in a lot of iconography

It’s an early defibrillator, CPO, Cardiac Pulse Ometer. You put the wires into the holes as indicated by the 3 lines. Solved 👍
The awen symbol of druidism is the same as those three rays in the same form, though there are usually 3 dots above. I didn’t realise this was also eircom…interesting
There’s one outside our gaff in Waterford, house is built on the site of an old British military barracks. Its definately a marker to denote a British building here
As somebody already pointed out, this is a leprechaun grave.
