Lol, at a glance it looks like someone is twerking in that drawing
It’s the best thing ever! When I was a kid it used to come in a block twice the size at our local grocery store. Now I can only find it at sprouts in FL, Usa.
Try it on a waffle with strawberry jelly and a bit of sour cream.
Publix Carrie’s lingonberry jam in some areas if you’re interested in trying tyttebærsyltetøy. They also carry WASA crispbread
Whole foods carries gg Brand knekkebrød.
With apologies to Norwegians back home for that awful naming. In Norway it’s sold as “Gudbrandalsost”, lit. “Gudbrand Valley Cheese”.
In the US it used to say “Ski Queen Gjetost Cheese”, lit. “*Ski Queen Goat Cheese Cheese*”. Aside from the redundancy, one issue is that it’s actually not made from just goat milk, but a blend of half goat/half cow milk.
Now you just need a proper cheese slicer. The thinner, the better, melts in your mouth.
