Man was I lucky.
A mere inconvenience compared to that line of cars being stuck on the English side of the Eurotunnel but yeah, that happens when security personnel jobs are being outsourced to lowpaying third party contractors. After the pandemic noone wants to do these shit jobs anymore. In comparison, security personnel at Bavarian airports is employed through the state with proper tariff salaries. No long queues of this magnitude over there…

Sorry, but do you know how long a mile actually is? That would put the end of the line off the airport property, back at the A59 autobahn.
