Can anyone help me figure out where in Ireland these are?? I lost my grandma four years ago. This photo is from a trip I took with her and my grandpa 25 years ago. I am going to Ireland in two weeks and would love to recreate these images. Please and thank you!

The grave stone might have a clue to where it is if you have a better resolution
If you can read the name and dates on the gravestone it might help you out. Patrick McDonald maybe? Might be clearer on the actual photo.

The name on the bottom of the headstone is definitely McDonnell. Any idea what counties they visited?

Athassel Priory in Tipperary?
It definitely reminds me of mukross or Ross castle, but to be honest, a lot of places in Ireland look similar.

They filmed The Quiet Man there, your grandparents were likely fans of John Wayne and Maureen O’Hara who were in it.
