Assuming the visual is accurate and you as the red car were forced to cross the dividing line to reach the junction, the blue car(s) have to have been illegally parked and caused the accident.
If it was me, I’d have taken photos of them for insurance purposes and potential future proceedings because Red and Green would be innocent in this situation.

That depends,is the green car a BMW? If it is the red car will have no idea whether it’s turning left or not.
There is no great answer here because the blue cars are parked illegally. They cannot park so close to a junction. The only thing you can do is check if anyone is approaching and go over the other lane, stop and cross the junction when no one is approaching. If anyone wants to enter the lane from the opposite side, they have to wait.
Might not a bad idea to shout at the drivers “that’s a terrible place to park, mate” while driving off. Or honking at the cars before attempting this.
Ditch the red car, steal the blue car, GTA style.

Red car should overtake the parked cars when it’s safe to do so but must stop at the stop sign. Technically you must stop at a stop sign even if the way is clear.
Green car has right of way because there is no stop sign on their side.
