They tried to tell me that Northern Ireland isn’t in the uk and id need a passport to get to England for a passport appointment
I’m not a huge fan of the company, but Teleperformance have absolutely _nothing_ to do with getting a passport issued… They answer questions about the application form and -under certain circumstances- report what tracking information the passport office chooses to share with them.
That’s it.
Just renewed my 2 kids passports. Took 2 weeks with no issues……I do wonder what the fuss is about? Is it because they are new new passports?
