This is one thing that I hope changes in Germany with this new coalition. The stop and search powers without having to register the ethnicity of the person involved. How can anyone make a case for discrimination if the ethnicity is never recorded?
Is it really common for people to touch the hair of black persons without permission , or even ask to touch the hair? I hear the same claims about it in the United States as well.
It seems so creepy and not normal behavior.
The number of black people in Germany is so small that it is hard to believe that people find a reason to come up with racial prejudice of some kind.
