Exclusive: Jeremy Corbyn Allies Urge Him To Run For London Mayor

  1. Way ahead of his time. Disagreed with trident removal (in this age, you need a deterrent at least) but my god he would of been so much better than Johnson. Fuck our lives and fuck the country. Lol

  2. If I was Corbyn I’d quit politics. Not worth it after all the bullshit he endured and failed to respond to effectively. Just stick to campaigning.

  3. I’m not a mega fan of Jeremy Corbyn, I agree with some of his ideas, I like that he has principles, and I think that he’s a fucking TERRIBLE politician.

I think this would actually be a good thing – He’s always excelled at a local level, and this position would remove some of his worst features – His woeful attitude to national defence, being largely anti EU and his inability to speak to or listen to a wider nation of people.

  4. One of the most embarrassing moments for this country was voting a proven cunt over someone who stood for the people and their rights long before most us were even old enough to walk.

  5. It would be great for the capital but it will never happen. The establishment are scared to death of what he represents. The media will do everything to make sure he never gets too much power.

  6. Whats his position on Brexit? I still don’t know his true thoughts on the biggest issue of our time. I know he thinks NATO was to blame for the Ukraine war for antagonising Russia, and his opinions on the Israeli Palestinian conflict.

  7. He’ll never run. Despite everything he’s still loyal to the Labour party and the new FPTP electoral system would risk a Tory mayor.

  8. I don’t think the people of the UK are ethically on par with him.

Maybe in 40 years time, if there is as much improvement on class and inequality as there has been previously on social matters, they will be more on his level and they will be in favour of acting on the climate emergency, housing the homeless, taxing the super-rich, regulating landlords, investing in public services, and so on.

But at this moment it appears they would rather fling shit and increasingly work themselves into an existential meltdown, occasioned first by the mere comparison between horrible human beings like themselves and an obviously good human being who is ultimately just following his conscience and trying to do the right thing.

As for the question of whether he is “competent”, I see no reason to believe he is less competent than the vanilla liberal-neoliberal Sadiq Khan or the various Tory fucktards we have entrusted to run the whole nation.

  9. Lol I don’t get why people jerk about Corbyn so much.

Yes he was for the people but he absolutely cocked his responsibility as leader of opposition in not being able to effectively campaign and counter the tory smear campaign against him, as well as actively advocate against brexit.

Also he’s old – we need younger, more passionate candidates.

  10. Corbyn is worth a hundred Johnsons. Or either prick that seeks to replace him.

Of course, a lot of people in the UK worship total cunts, if they have the right school tie and accent, hence we got the clown Prince Bojo de Piffle for PM.
