I drew a fictional Italian coastal town🇮🇹. What do you think?

  1. Non so perchè, sarà il tratto, ma mi trasmette molte “La settimana enigmistica” vibes

  2. Well done! The only sore point is the fact that it’s hard to find pitched roofs in a seaside town: they are made for let the snow slide down after all…

  3. That’s nice! However the roofs, those on the middle left in particular, have more of a northern European (France?) vibe to me, rather than an Italian coastal one

  4. Very well done!
As other peaple suggested tho that kind of roof is not so common in costal towns and you should add also some roof terraces that are way more common

  5. It does not look Italian because the roofs are more northern, maybe Austrian. Northern roofs are more steep and with attic windows. Seaside towns don’t need steep roofs like that because there is no snow.

  6. Unfortunately, “actual” seaside towns in Italy, especially in the South, look very different from the “fairytale” idea you have depicted here.

For example, [Porto Cesareo’s](https://geco-images.vrbarea.com/photos/698/xwide-asra16:10/lungomare-porto-cesareo.jpg) waterfront. [Gallipoli.](https://dynamic-media-cdn.tripadvisor.com/media/photo-o/13/b6/96/b0/20180714-121410-largejpg.jpg?w=1200&h=-1&s=1)

Maybe [Ostuni](https://littleweekends.fr/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Ostuni-Pouilles-1024×683.jpg) has more of the same vibes you might have had in mind, but the rooftops are all flat.

  7. Those roofs are typical of the north of Italy…this might resemble a little town from the Trietse area, but it is better to put flat roofs and lower houses maybe

The drawing is nice, but keep in mind that the vibes are more Austrian then Italian
