Not really a whole lot to go on.
While I do actually agree with them for most of the characters I recognise on this list, I don’t like this.
McCarthyism started with actual reasonable fear of Russian agents too.
It’s especially concerning they’re putting Lula on here too, considering he’s Bolsanaro’s opponent come the Brazilian election.
It’s absolutely critical that Bolsanaro be removed from power and Lula win, and I genuinely fear that Bolsanaros government will try arrest him or something based on being a Russian asset based on this. He’s done similar before.
Ukraine has huge support here but banning political parties, arresting your enemies as enemy spies and calling politicians who criticise mainly historic US policy in Ukraine Russian agents is a way to loose support.

Daly might not have done anything wrong (personally think she is entitled to those opinions in the EP), but Ukraine is also entitled to highlight who they see as creating apologist sentiment for Genocide.
Probably only thing j agree with her on is that Ireland needs to honour it’s own neutrality by not allowing US troops use Shannon.
Either become militarily aligned and take all that comes with it, or stay neutral and stay out of everything.
Personally I don’t think neutrality is working, however i wouldn’t advocate joining any military alliance.

Daly and Wallace are absolutely crooked mouthpieces who have time and again shown themselves to be only too delighted to say whatever lines up perfectly with the propaganda of authoritarian regimes like Russia and China when the likes of those two need something to air on their state propaganda channels to try and look valid in doing shite like we’re seeing in Ukraine and Taiwan (which hopefully doesn’t come to fruition but seems inevitable at some point).

Kind of reminds me of when Russia invaded Ukraine and footage came out of captured Russian soldiers being yelled at by Ukranian soldiers, how quickly the comments on major subs turned from “Go Ukraine!” to “War crimes shouldn’t be posted on reddit”. They won’t lose a screed of support over this.

Yes Ukraine is fighting disinformation, but it has engaged in it itself, anyone else remember the Ghost of Kiev ? Personally find it very worrying that a foreign state is targeting individuals, ranging from politicians to academics for their stance on the war.
