According to some news articles also Ireland getting closer to NATO
If Ireland applies for NATO membership will they have same problems from Turkey?
> Sweden has not yet extradited suspects Turkey seeks over terrorism-related charges despite signing an accord to lift Ankara’s veto to its NATO membership last month, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Wednesday.
> Finland and Sweden will address Turkiye’s pending deportation or
extradition requests of terror suspects expeditiously and thoroughly,
taking into account information, evidence and intelligence provided by
Turkiye, and establish necessary bilateral legal frameworks to
facilitate extradition and security cooperation with Turkiye, in
accordance with the European Convention on Extradition.
We are addressing the cases of the people turkey wants extradited. So far the verdict has been to deny extradition of the few cases the courts have had time to go through. More than likely there will be cases that turkey can provide evidence that the person is an actual terrorist, and thus the person will be extradited.
turkey accepted the eventuality of people not being extradited when they signed the memorandum, had they not had faith in our justice system they would not have signed it. So to now complain or claim that we arent living up to our end is disingenuous to put it mildly.
When did Finland do the extraditions?
I kind of love how every other NATO member state is like “Finland and Sweden want to join? That’s cool, welcome aboard guys” but Erdo is like “this is personal attack on me and harmful to security of Turkiye”
Perhaps they should try actually reading the memorandum they signed with Sweden and Finland

Try anything funny like not extraditing PKK/YPG members and you’ll still get the veto Swedenistan.
Erdogan will milk this whole story for his internal politics as much as he can. So this will be drawn out until the foreseeable future.
I’m just here to read racist comments about Türkiye.
That is not how international law and the domestic laws of Sweden works.
Turkey must give the Swedish Court a reason for extradition. Just saying hand over without providing ligitimate proff means no extradition possible.

Well thats cause thats not what we signed, point 8 in the [memorandum](https://www.nato.int/nato_static_fl2014/assets/pdf/2022/6/pdf/220628-trilat-memo.pdf) clearly states:
