I’d say they’ve got a delivery problem. Can you go to the depot to find it?
Friend had a package sitting in UPS Swords for 5 weeks. Address for delivery was in the system as D12; it should have been K67. Nearly 100 phone calls later, we went out to the Swords depot, waited until a delivery driver was allowed in, and tailgated. Refused to leave until they found the package.
Edited to add: the address on the package from the sender was correct, just the UPS system had it miskeyed completely as a random address in D12
