I have two small (6 kg) dogs and of course they will wear a muzzle on public transport. But is this fabric muzzle enough or will they need the plastic ones?
If it serves the purpose of a muzzle – to prevent any bite, I’d say yes. You need to carry a short leash, too and pay a full ticket for your dog. Bear in mind that you can still be denied transportation if you’re carrying a dog. Trains only allow one dog per passenger.
Important: You need to carry the dog’s documentation, at all times.
