  1. going back as far as 2009.  There were 37 for thefts, 405 for public order offences, with 339 of those for being drunk in public, and ten for assault.  He received a seven-month term in Cork in 2014 for sexual assault, had six convictions for the possession of drugs, six for causing criminal damage, while the remainder were for road traffic offences and failing to appear in court.

From 2009, that almost one a week fot 13 years! Busy fucking man.

  2. You know they say 536 convictions is when people realise the error of their ways and become law abiding citizens

  3. My uncle always tells the story of a break-in of his local pub in the ’70s. The burglars took a MASSIVE dump on the bar. It was owned by a quiet, unassuming mature lady who was giving her statement to the Gardaí. The sergeant awkwardly said oh sometimes they get nervous and relieve themselves… There was a short pause and she said, “either that, or he hadn’t had a shite in a week…”

  4. Fellas like this is why I made a post in r/Galway and I got the head eaten off me for saying the place has gone to the dogs. Tuams finest

  5. Should be locked away. Taking pity on this scumbag because he said sorry? Was he sorry for all the other 500 convictions as well?

  6. “Conall MacCarthy, defending, said his client came from a very respectable, hardworking Kerry family. He had a wife and children too who welcomed him home whenever he chose to go there.”

Are the defense solicitors having a competition now to see who can have the most ridiculous “Hes from a good family” yarn

  7. “She said she had not suffered any lasting psychological trauma ..”. She’s old-school tough.

It’s sad or tragic but these 2 should be under lock and key – somewhere humane – for the foreseeable. Society has to protect itself.
