I’ve applied to PPSN online through My Welfare 2 weeks ago.
It was shown under review by an officer, and I eventually received notifications asking for more information as the job offer I received wasn’t signed off even though I told the HR department that it should be signed.
I sent it on Monday past week, and no more communication since then.
I’ve been checking everyday for anything new, and yesterday it changed from “Under review” to in Progress just like in the screenshot below. If I click continue it asks all the information again.
Did somebody here have the same problem? Did you receive the letter eventually?
I’m worried they’ve denied my application but they should contact me somehow in that case…
