Baking soda lid: https://imgur.com/a/kdfvm4E
So I was excited to start finally making my pizza, I set up everything and started with the yeast (baking soda). Got the warm water ready and couldnt open the lid, tried everything didn’t work so I put a hole in the top with a knife. There wasn’t that much coming out so I had to squeeze it and kept squeezing it and low and behold the whole thing came out at once, https://imgur.com/a/DWmjY2V
and then it started to expand and I mean fast, so I raced out the door just in time before it went all over the place.
The neighbours probably think im a mad scientist or something

  1. Baking soda, baking powder and yeast are three different things. Yeast is more traditional for a pizza dough recipe, but if you’re set on using baking soda make sure you research a dough recipe for baking soda, as you have to add a different amount.

For that type of container, you just rip the paper seal and twist it off like a bottle cap.

  2. Gonna make a call on this. If you can’t figure out how to open that you probably should be near anything that can cause a fire.

  3. It’s rather easy.
Just grab the top and twist. Sure, yes, the lid is so small and you barely have anything to grab on to but it’s the same as opening a glass jar.

Just use your thumb, index and middle finger instead of your palm (like you would with a glass jar)
