  1. i’m going down the betting shop, see if i can get a price on someone leaving a ”fly high bro, you were one of the good ones” message on the facebook of Charlie Preston or Frankie Gater.

  2. Fair play. If you’re walking around carrying a machete or a knuckleduster, be prepared to use it. Clearly the pen knife guy was ready to defend his life, whereas the other two were just trying to look hard.

  3. Self defence – as a defence to murder – is on the prosecution to disprove.

Their job to disprove it is made significantly harder when the people killed were part of an angry mob attacking the accused, and both were armed with illegal weapons.

Sounds like the verdict was pretty much on the money tbh.

  4. oh i guess it only went to cour as double murder because he was carrying the knife (assuming an intent to use it) otherwise idk how the fuck they’d say it was premeditated. bonkers

  5. He was charged with carrying a knife, got 18 months. But what I don’t get is, surely if he didn’t have the knife, he would have been killed. So if you’re in the UK, what are the police supposed to protect you, where where they when this man was attacked? Feel like self defence laws in the UK could be a little more accommodating, because I’d rather get 18 months than die.

  6. Good stuff, we should be very lebiant on people taking care of these violent youths before they can cause real damage, murder should never have been a consideration.

  7. I’m sure he’s being punished for daring to carry a knife though. He should have just called the police as he was lying on the floor bleeding out – that way, they could turn up two days later and give him a crime number!

  8. Bye bye Charlie and Frankie ya little cunts. Hopefully this sets the precedent for more teenage wannabe gangsters getting the tables turned against them.
